About

Started because we moved states and missed a specific hot chicken place we used to frequent. After years of perfecting the recipe we are ready to unleash it upon the Puget Sound. The current plan is to continue to run it as a popup at events! Checkout the upcoming event section.

Why Sweet Chiefs? Well our cat Chief (short for Master Chief) would routinely try to swipe and steal the raw chicken before I could prep it and we would often have to chase him down to get some large pieces back.

Served on a brioche bun with slaw, bread and butter pickles and comeback sauce.

Comes with a side comeback sauce for dipping.
